I was told you would be here between 10 and 2 pm I received a phone call advising the serviceman would be here in the next 45 minutes he was here in 30 minutes. He was polite, told me what he was doing, showed me how to change the battery in the thermostat, Explained the additional needs I have for the A/C system. Explained the yearly service agreement. Couldn't ask for more. thank you so much.
