We have had our system installed by Tru-Comfort for about 5 years and always take out the service contract for service twice a year. The service we receive from the technician who comes to our home is excellent along with the staff in the office. more

Did very good work at competitive price. Responded to minor issues after the sale promptly. Always reminded us of regular maintenance. They return my calls immediately and have always shown up in a reasonable amount of time after storm issues. Very professional. more

I have Tru-Comfort Inc. do an annual check for my house and I have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently a technician broke something and the company followed through to fix it. They sent another technician out and replaced it for nothing. Sometimes they send technicians out who don't know what they are doing. But when they are good, they are good. more

Tru-Comfort has been very helpful. I've had them since we moved into this house. They helped me out a lot after Hurricane Sandy. They were there for me when I needed a new over. Tom is amazing and I ask for him specifically now. It was a great experience. more

They did a great installation job quickly 4/27/2013

I ordered a 17kw generator after losing power for 5 days last fall due to Sandy. Tru-Comfort installed it in one day, which included running the natural gas line to it, adding the generator sub-panel, and switching the circuits. Jay and Billy were each doing separate jobs, one doing the inside work and one the outside, and around 4 in the afternoon the job was done. more
