I went to throphy nissan because of the customer appreciation event. I got a ""free"" oil change. After they were done, i notice on the receipt that they were charging for the filter and the oil. Of course, being free i payed nothing. \r \r I open the hood, and i noticed, that the filter was not changed. How do i know that? Well, i bought my car there, very expensive, and with a pretty bad customer service(i can tell now, after buying two more cars somewhere else), and after buying the car i went religiously for every single service on my car. But, at some point, i notice that they were not changing even the oil. So i draw some line over the filter, included my signature, with a indilbe marker. After the service was done, i found that the filter was the same. Even though i was charged for it. The Cory Prevost was so rude, that i just throw the money and left. \r \r Since then, i just wonder, how many people are charged for filters? oil? services that they dont really do?\r \r If you can, go some where else, and make sure that they do what they are supposed to do. (smell the oil, check the filter, etc). more

On March 19, 12 I was in the Dallas area visiting family, when my Grandma decided to take me to Nissian. I'm going through a messy divorce and husband took both cars. I also have 4 year old twins who also spend the ENTIRE DAY with me, btw . So not only was Ivan Green aware of my situation, he sold me (so I thought) a 2009 black Honda Accord. I put down my payment of $3,500 and turned in my rent a car that cost me $359 but also paid $100 for car ins to drive off with the honda. On March 26,2012 I received a call from another sales man telling me that my rate was going down and they needed me on camera to sign the paperwork. I thought it was very strange sounding. But hey it's NISSAN, they are professionals. Well guys who read reviews. This place is anything but. They are rude and act like they did you a favor by selling you a car. When I drove to Dallas from Austin (where I live) they told me the loan fell through and they couldn't do the deal. EYES WIDE OPEN!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE MY 4 YEAR OLD TWINS WITH ME, BROTHER AND NIECE. I couldn't believe it. They gave me back (crossing fingers, of my $3,500 because it hasn't hit the bank yet) but I lost money BIG time at this place for a car that wasn't even mine. My daughters were asking me what happen. Not only did Ivan Green and James Shephard (who is the manager, I think) they were anything but unhelpful and not very Christian like. I couldn't believe it. So I believe in writing reviews for both good and bad so I'm not one of those sour grapes. I hope I can help you look else where and save you time, money and frustrations and least not forget the embarrassment. They did however send a very kind young man to drive my family home, all the way back to Austin. Service Department Is Ridiculous 1/25/2012

On January 24th, I called the service department at Trophy Nissan because I got a recall notice in the mail for my Nissan Juke. I purchased the Juke at Grapevine Nissan but since then moved to East Dallas. I gave the service consultant my VIN number over the phone to schedule an appointment - He said he needed that information to find which recall I needed to take my car in for. I asked how many recalls are there on the Juke? He then said. well it depends on the year and model. The Juke has only been out one year - he said there was only one recall for the vehicle. I then said - GREAT - I would like to bring it in on Saturday ( I called on Tuesday) . He put me on hold for 5 minutes then said - ""you need to bring it in so that we know what recall you are here for, then we will need to order the part. I asked for the manager - he refused to put me through. more

Honestly, I had a very great experience at Trophy Nissan. Calvin Perkins was wonderful! I received his number from a friend. When I called him, he had already left for the day, but he came back to help me with no problem. He was very helpful and informative. TWO THUMBS UP! more

I went to this dealer and I will never go anywhere else. They did a great job from beginning to end. They treated me with respect and listened to my request. Very honest 12/22/2010

I was very please in dealing with Kevin and the manager. I really don't remember their names or last name, but I felt that Kevin was very honest. Which was a very good feeling. I would recommend this dealer ship to others. When I first started looking for a car, I looked an the internet. I really liked Trophy’s selection so I decided to go into the dealership and just look. I was not going to buy. But then I was given a deal that I could not say no to. The staff there took care of me and answered all of my questions with a smile on their face. I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased, the dealership experience and everything in between. more

My experience was wonderful dealing with Gerald Willson and B J. Since I live south of the Houston area, I chose not to meet with service personnel; obviously, I will not be able to use Trophy Nissan for my service. This is why I checked this as ""no."" I asked Gerald for several of his cards as I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends who are interested in a Nissan. If I decide to look for another Nissan in the future, I will surely give you all an opportunity. Everyone I met was wonderful and cared about my needs. Thank you for a great experience. Kevin made my first car buying experience blissful. He showed my family how hard her would continuously work for us. Not only that, but ever after I had left he continued to work hard for me. I truly enjoyed buying my first car from him. He was wonderful! He sold me a 2011 Nissan versa and I loved how flexible he was on the price. He set me up with my first service appointment, and walked me through the paperwork process. The negotiation process was painless and I felt as if he really listened to me. We received excellent service at Trophy Nissan. We were not even planning on buying a car, much less a new car, on the day that we went to Trophy. As a matter of fact, we did not even get to Trophy until 7:30 Saturday evening. Kevin Teeter, our sales person, Candice Yarbrough, the finance person, were both great. We stayed until 11:00 Saturday night getting all of the negotiating and paperwork completed. I'm sure that they were all tired (because I know that I was) but I could not tell that they were tired or felt that they rushed me through the process because it was so late. I felt that everyone was helpful, honest, respectful and kind. This was our first time to ever buy a Nissan, and I know that we will definitely be going back to Trophy the next time we need a new vehicle. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with our purchase. Please note that Mr. Teeter told us about our first service appointment, but we were unable to meet a service advisor as it was 11:15 at night and they had already gone home for the day. more

smart service department 7/15/2010

I recently took my 2006 Nissan Titan to Trophy Nissan?s service department for some in warranty work. I have a little over 70,000 miles on my truck and this was the first time I have had to take it in for anything! I just want to say that my service advisor, Darren Poston, did an excellent job working with me and my timeline to get the service I needed. Also, Mel Gonzalez was a pleasure to speak with when applying Zaktek process. It is nice to have these two men to deal with. Also I felt all of my concerns were resolved, I was overall satisfied with my experience and will return to Trophy Nissan for future service needs and recommend my friends and family! Pros: fast, quality work more

Trophy can't be beat 7/6/2010

I would like thank Abel Hamdan for Driving to Austin Texas to drive my vehicle back to Dallas Texas. I explained how I was treat at the use sales lot and Abel went further than any salesman. He stuck around to make sure I took delivery of the vehicle. I have never heard of any salesman willing to drive 4 to 5 hours to satisfy a customer. #1 for service #1 for customer Service. Thanks Trophy and Abel! Pros: excellent cars to choose from, easy to get financed Cons: hard to find more
