Huge selection at this dealership, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this much variety and quality to choose from. I went in to Trophy Nissan on Thursday morning and talked to Mike P, he kept me entertain and always had the ball rollin I appreciate never having to sit there unattended and not knowing whats going on. When Jeff the manger talked to me everything was pretty much done he went over the contract with me and answered every question I had so I’m more than happy about the whole process and service that was delivered to me Pros: kind, friendly, help finance you what you want more

I have to tell you that this dealership is not like the rest of those other dealers out there. These guys go out of their way to make you feel at ease when you buy a car. They really CARE about their customers and it shows. They went above and beyond my expectations. I have sent at least 5 co workers and all my neighbors now are driving Nissan's because of Trophy Nissan of Mesquite. They bend over backwards to make the customer happy. We trade cars about once a year and have met many car salesmen. The staff at Trophy Nissan were all fantastic! A very fair and straight forward deal, and we did it all thru e-mail and phone. They offered a late model Altima with all the bells and whistles and we offered a late model car of different brand (in very good condition). We drove 120 miles to complete the deal and, after inspecting our car, their offer was exactly the same as in the e-mails...to the penny. No bait and switch. No add-on fees for processing. No long waits for a low-ball trade-in offer. Just a bunch of gentlemen, conducting a business deal, with respect for the customer. A breath of fresh air, and a far cry from the sleazeballs around the DFW area. We dealt with five individuals at Trophy Nissan and thought each was a pleasure to work with.? Had an overall great experience at Trophy Nissan in Mesquite. Buying my new Nissan was quick and had minimal haggling involved, and since then I have gotten amazing service from the service department which is also on site. Alot of car dealers get a bad-rap, and the reason why is because they are concerned about profit first and the customer second. I think based on my experience there, Trophy Nissan understands that without the customer, there is no profit to be made! Hello there I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra that started smoking on the highway. The Nearest Nissan Dealership was 12 miles away, Trophy Nissan. I gave Trophy Nissan a call and had Service Advisor Danny help me get a wrecker to pick me and my vehicle up. After about 20 minutes I was greeted by a wrecker that helped me get to the dealership. Danny kindly talked to me about my situation and had my vehicle moved out back. After having a courtesy person at the dealership drive me home, only a few hours later I got a call that my vehicle had overheated and needed a new radiator and thermostat. I got a 10% discount and ended up getting my car fixed. They did a great job with my car and I would highly recommend going to this dealership. Trophy Nissan did an amazing job to my car!\r I dropped my vehicle off on a busy saturday where a Service advisor had come up to my door and greeted me. He helped me with respect and in a timely manner. He took the time out of his way to go on a test drive with me to test for a little squeaking noise coming from the front of my car. After being dropped off by one of the nice and respectful courtesy car drivers, 4 hours went by and my car was ready! I was picked up within 30 minutes at my house by a courtesy car driver and was dropped off at trophy nissan to pick up my car. They fixed my vehicles problems and let me know a few other small issues wrong with my car that I have never seen. All in All I think that Trophy Nissan in mesquite TX did an amazing, and very quick job to my car and fixed it right!\r Thanks Trophy Nissan!\r Joe Changizian Pros: Best Service in town!
