Greetings, as the owner of the salon, I'd like to reply to the very negative review left by Courtney N. Her stylist Kelli did a beautiful low-lights on this lady. She came in with overly bleached, stressed hair. Kelli brought her to a healthy blonde tone with lowlights and a base undertone to add depth and thickness to her very fine damaged hair. As the owner of Trichology Salon for 7 years and an Artistic Designer for over 13 years, this ""type"" of client will never be happy wherever she may go, especially when the consultation starts with ""I don't know what I want.""\r
In my defense I was professionally dressed in Loft dress shorts, bermuda length with a very nice matching top along with a beautiful hairstyle to match my professional attire. It's summer and 90 degrees out, I was wearing expensive summer sandals, not flip flops, that's just tacky! Courtney, it's very rude of you to falsely accuse a business of poor service, when you received superior service, while being deeply discounted with a Groupon. All our clients receive the same service, even when we are dealing eith a difficult client. \r
In regards to the medical phone call, a doctor only has limited time to talk & yes I did have a phone conversation about my health BUT NOT when I was cutting hair, to jog your memory correctly it was during a foil application. I'm a veteran hairstylist and salon owner...it's called multi-tasking and I'm really good at it! \r
My clients are very loyal and know my health issues and I have no cell reception in my back room away from clients. So I'm very sorry you overheard my medical conversation, as it was the only time I could have it, short if playing phone tag with a very busy doctor and salon owner/stylist. My clients care about me and like to talk with me about what is going on in my life & vise versa. \r
We communicated via email and you are aware of our re-do policy...but left leaving a $20 tip and purchasing products. I told you I would gladly look at your hair, my entire staff agrees your hair was 100% better leaving than when you came in. Change is good and maybe change in attitude would do you some good...I'm sorry we couldn't live up to your ""I don't know what I want"" request. \r
To all people reading this review reply, it deeply saddens me that their are people out to defame a reputable business to get a service for free. As the owner & stylist who was being falsely accused of said review below, I have to stand up for myself, my design team & my business. We have very loyaly clients and will be just fine without a 'negative nancy' client. We'd prefer a person like this passes on our salon as we love our craft and do not like rude customers or drama. Thank you for your time to read my reply. You can see many wonderful & honest reviews by visiting our website www.trichologysalon.com. Each experienced designer has their own online booking pages with client reviews...not slander
