After being lured in by all the positive reviews of two other area salons, and receiving awful customer service, color, cuts and highlights and extremely expensive bills...I finally found Shawnett. I called the salon in a panic after a horrible color job and cut I received the night before at another salon. She was able to kindly squeeze me in last minute on a Saturday. She worked her magic and fixed my multi red punk rock color. I look like myself again, just enhanced with a great color.
I'm excited to have finally found a truly knowledgable stylist and salon that is welcoming and really cares. I loved my first visit at the salon and look forward to my next one with Shawnett. One very happy customer!!
