It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

Excellent service 12/22/2016

We trust Coconut Creek Hyundai service that we bypass our local dealer and have car serviced when in South Florida which is 325 miles from home. The Equus service manager, Mark Evans, has always attended to our needs and given us confidence with this dealership. more

No A/C ... Coconut Creek Hyundai Would NOT Allow that to Be! 8/30/2016

My spouse and I had the opportunity to work with Service Advisor Mario Feliciano when our A/C went out on our '08 Hyundai Tucson. Mario knew what we could work with by way of cost and schedule, so he and his team provided me with a loaner while the entire A/C system was rebuilt within the vehicle. Thank you to this wonderful team as I don't know where I or my car would be without your help! more

Medicore Experience 7/10/2016

I mad the appointment online and was taken in immediately upon arrival. I rate this appointment as medicore becuase I had 2 problems, a dying battery and a broken fog light. They wanted $70 for the light (I fixed it myself for $10), and too much for the battery, which I wound up getting at Walmart for less than half. In addition, I have a MPG reimbursement entitlement. They took my mileage, knowing that I was on the program, but I never received the reimbursement card. In the past I have had a better experience at this dealership, so I'm just calling it a bad day. more

Routine maintenance 6/16/2016

2 days after having routine service at dealership, car battery was dead. I would think that this is part of routine maintenance to check battery. Much corrosion on terminals also more

Rear hatch operation switch from hell 2/20/2016

It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system to operate. It has been two weeks since the last visit and we are still waiting for a call regarding a different part that was ordered. Previously the original push button on the hatch and three others were replaced without success. We have enough lemon in our driveway to make lemon aid for every one in South Florida! more
