Minor service took too long 10/16/2015

An appointment must be kept. My car was presented before the appointment time of 9AM and was finished at 12:30PM. Much too long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. more

Terrible customer service, very disappointed 10/12/2015

Leased my car here and didn't have a good experience with the salesman. When I went back a few weeks later the salesman asked me why I didn't give him a 10 out of 10. He was aggressive. I thought I would give the service department a try. It depends on who you get but in general I have had pretty unsatisfactory experiences. My last once was horrendous so I won't be going back. They were rude, disrespectful of my time and I had to call them to see if my car was ready. The driver picked me up and said they had called him back to work as they had forgotten about a car...need I say more? more

Since 2013 I have come unannounced prior to their opening for service. Without exception, I have received fast professional service that got me on my way in about an hour. The exception to that is if you want a complimentary car wash. If you do plan on another 30 mins. more

Excellent service 10/6/2015

I pulled in at 8:00am without an appointment and was promptly greeted. 15 minutes later my repair order was finished and left with my wife. The service mgr called to inform me the work was finished and even gave me a discount. Great service. more

Customer Service 10/5/2015

Every time I bring my car to the Dealer, i always ask for Brian Payne. He is always attentive, corteous and always ready to explain any question I have. I have noticed that he is the Customer Service that leaves the Office last., even staying after hour. Brian is a great guy!! I enjoy doing business with him. more
