It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

Service from my Advisor 9/15/2015

I must say I have been disappointed with the issues I have had with the electronics of the car, but because of Mark, my advisor and the OUTSTANDING service he provides makes the situation tolerable. I hope he get the recognition he deserves . more

Maintenance items not in stock 9/13/2015

i was told my santa fe needed front brake pads.vehicle should be ready in 2 hours.twice i was told that they had the wrong brake pads and my vehicle was not ready until the next day.How can brake pads---a common item---not be in stock then ordered incorrectly for a vehicle that is 2-3 years old? more

Service not completed. 9/11/2015

I have the service warranty on my vehicle which includes the oil change and car wash. They called me to advise me the oil change was done and they failed to wash my car. As I was pressed for time I feel like that should have been taken care of prior to my phone call. more

My recent service experience 9/11/2015

I recently took my car for a Recall and when I later got my kid in my car the seatbelt did not work as intended. Can they check that what they do is working before returning the car to the customer. Horrible! more

Dirty dealership poorly managed poor customer service 9/9/2015

This dealership reminds one of a third world airport. Disorganized, filthy , poor morale and awful service . Seems the owner is taking all the profits and not reinvesting in this business, milking the dealership dry and turning a blind eye to customer service. They could learn a lot from any Lexus dealership more
