My vehicle was left at the Coconut Creek Hyundai dealership from 10:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the evening. My vehicle upon inspection the next morning had not had ANY SERVICE WHAT SO EVER DONE TO IT. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership and feel completely taken advantage of. Not only was one entire day wasted from my weekend, but a second day was inconvenienced when I had to bring the vehicle back to have the services performed on it that was absolutely not done the entire day it was there. I continually gave this location chance after chance to change its impression I have of it. I have never had a good experience at Coconut Creek Hyundai and I will never be returning. I will NEVER recommend it to anyone and certainly regret pre paying for my routine maintenance through them as I have no choice but to use Hyundai in hopes that another dealership is not as much of a disappointing mess as this one is. This dealership needs some serious evaluation from a higher level of management. For the sake of other Hyundai customers I sincerely hope that they fix the issues as I have spent over 30,000 dollars on a vehicle they cannot even provide service for that I have already given the payment for. Truely disappointing and infuriating.
