My vehicle was left at the Coconut Creek Hyundai dealership from 10:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the evening. My vehicle upon inspection the next morning had not had ANY SERVICE WHAT SO EVER DONE TO IT. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership and feel completely taken advantage of. Not only was one entire day wasted from my weekend, but a second day was inconvenienced when I had to bring the vehicle back to have the services performed on it that was absolutely not done the entire day it was there. I continually gave this location chance after chance to change its impression I have of it. I have never had a good experience at Coconut Creek Hyundai and I will never be returning. I will NEVER recommend it to anyone and certainly regret pre paying for my routine maintenance through them as I have no choice but to use Hyundai in hopes that another dealership is not as much of a disappointing mess as this one is. This dealership needs some serious evaluation from a higher level of management. For the sake of other Hyundai customers I sincerely hope that they fix the issues as I have spent over 30,000 dollars on a vehicle they cannot even provide service for that I have already given the payment for. Truely disappointing and infuriating. more

I do not see why the service people need to change the controls in the car. They drive the car such a short distance ,it should not be messes scary for them to move the seat. Also the lights can be left on auto, I did not realize that it was changed until I was driving at night and found that my lights were not on. more

Should not take 2.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Especiall when an apointment was made. Was was the point of making an appointment when we could have gone to jiffy loob and had the same work done at the same price a lot faster. more
