I am a loyal Hyundai owner; this is my fourth Sonata. My most recent experience at Coconut Creek Hyundai is part of why I continue to own Hyundai vehicles. After driving home from work, I had an issue where the key was stuck in the ignition. It would not come out no matter what I tried. Also the ignition was stuck in the ACC position so the dash lights were on and the door would not let me lock it. It was after service hours and I live in an apartment community with unsecured parking. I was very concerned about leaving my vehicle overnight, unlocked, with the key in the ignition. I contacted the Hyundai emergency roadside group and they suggested that I have the vehicle towed to the nearest dealer for safety storage overnight. The roadside showed up timely and took care of getting the car to the dealer’s fenced lot. The next morning I was able to contact the service advisor and they started work on the car. Everything was covered under warranty and the car was ready for pickup before I left work that day. Hyundai took what normally would have been a painful, arduous, and expensive experience and made it super easy, efficient, and affordable! I already enjoy my vehicle, but it is so comforting to know I have this level of support and service behind the vehicle too. Thanks Hyundai!!
