I called Richard on Monday and wanted to bring my car in and then asked if Tuesday would be better. I set the appt for Tuesday and had an email shortly thereafter confirming it. I always call Richard when I need service. He doesn't always quote the price I'd like to hear but I don't feel like he's trying to rip me off either. Overall, I like the service you provide. He takes care of both of my Toyotas.
