Great Customer Service! 2/2/2015

Even though I had an appointment and had to wait a hour for an oil change, the people there was so friendly and helpful! A lot better than the other Toyota Service I went to last time. Most recommended! more

would give 5 stars if not asked if I had an appointment. when i called the day before i was told i did not need an appointment and when i got there they had a clipboard and asked my last name for my appointment! The service person was very nice and took care of my needs and everything is good. next time i will insist on a appointment time. i bought my car at toyota of hb and i love my car! thank you. more
