We purchased a 2013 Highlander on November 30th and had a wonderful experience. Our salesman was Foster Billings and I highly recommend requesting him if you're in the market for a new or used car. My husband and I had been in a pretty nasty car accident a couple of weeks before and Foster took the extra time to explain all of the safety features on the Highlander. Let me just say for my husband this sealed the deal! Thank you Foster for the great experience and the excellent customer service you have given us since our purchase. Oh I must thank Foster for his patience because I think we must have looked at 20 vehicles before deciding on our Highlander. more

I bought a 2013 Highlander last Sunday (November 24,) and had an excellent experience. Foster Billings was a great salesman and the sale was made in a timely manner. He also went the extra mile by explaining in detail all the car's extras. When we took the car for a drive, he was even kind enough to turn on the seat warmers and the heater before we got in as it was a very cold evening. This is my eighth Toyota in 38 years and in my opinion it's the best brand on the road. So, thank you for a great deal and an excellent experience. I WILL be back. more

This is the second time this week that I took my Sequoia to Toyota of Cool Springs for service. Both times I ended up paying extra money for something they broke during the service and the wait time has been excessive.\r \r Today, they told me, if I was there at 7:00 am when the doors opened, I should have my vehicle back by 10 am. I was there at 6:50 am and finally drove away at 2:00 PM! The advisor’s explanation was, ""Well, we had to go get a part from another location and it took a little longer"". What kind of a dealership doesn’t have a part for a routine brake job? \r \r Further, they assured me that my truck would be ready by 10 am so that I could take as little time off from work as possible. I made the mistake of walking home and waiting for their call since I only live down the street. I personally think if you’re not in their face waiting for your vehicle, they push you off. \r \r Four hours later than promised, my truck was finally repaired, although at a price higher than expected due to being charged for a part they broke. I asked to speak to the service manager about my concerns, but she apparently couldn’t break away from her phone for a few minutes. \r \r In thirteen years of utilizing service from various Toyota dealerships, I have never had such a negative experience. My Sequoia hasn’t been, and won’t be, to a non-Toyota dealer for service, but I’ll certainly be finding another dealer to take care of us in the Franklin/Nashville area. \r more

I will not do business with this place. Maybe it's just the one scammer who works there and the rest are great, I don't care. I took my van in for some sliding doors issues that was covered under a warranty that we just received a letter about. I brought it in, showed them the letter and waited for them to look at my van. $750 was the price they quoted to fix my van, and it's not covered under the warranty. HA! Really? I took it to Roberts Toyota in Columbia who fixed it for $90 (there was only one part that wasn't covered). What even made me madder is Roberts Toyota showed I took it into Cool Springs and had the recall performed on my van so they couldn't do it. YEAH RIGHT THEY DID! Roberts Toyota and I repeatedly called the guy who looked at my van at Cool Springs to see what they were up to and they NEVER returned our calls. A bunch of liars! more

I would like to be objective and share my experience so others can learn from my mistake. I spent about a month researching used vehicles and found what I wanted at Toyota of Cool Springs (4 hour drive from my home in Atlanta). Their website makes it clear that a $598 is INCLUDED in the advertised price. Our negotiations were relatively easy and we met at what I felt was a fair price. During the meeting with the finance person, they attempted to sell me an insurance policy that would add ? about $30 per month? according to him... only after looking at the contract did I learn it was a $4,000 policy. I declined the insurance multiple times and the contract was re-printed 3 times because he continued to attempt selling the policy to me at different prices. Reality is that my monthly payment went down about $50, not $30. The insurance policy was finally removed from the contract and I signed the dotted line and we drove home. My wife and I reviewed the documents the following day only to find out the $598 doc fee was ADDED to the purchase price AFTER the negotiations. It was clear I had made a mistake by signing the contract without reading carefully, line by line but I undoubtedly was stuck on the $4000 insurance premium and I was completely oblivious to the doc fee (as well as a $500 paint and upholstery policy whose premium was never discussed). Seeking answers, I called the finance person the next day. He assured me their dealership is not one to tack on fees at the end of the purchase (which is in reality what had happened). He was relatively surprised at my question and said he would follow up with the sales people and manager. He called back and offered some excuse that I had negotiated $700 off the purchase price which was the same as the doc fee. I didn't buy it and asked to speak with the manager. It has been 2 weeks and I have only received the run around from the dealer. I have left messages with my sales person, the finance person, a second sales person, and the used car manager. I have not heard back. I have been very patient and diligent in attempting to resolve this issue prior to posting this but clearly the dealership does not want to offer any explanation. I hope this is fair warning to those purchasing a car at this dealership. The $598 doc fee is NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, DESPITE WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS. more

Customer service is great...Kenny sales manager was so easy to deal with.......we did spend there 4hrs but is was saturday and sales person Dena told us they sold 27 cars that day, wow. Oh yeah and every saturday they buy lunch for employees and customers. more

My wife and I just bought a pre-owned Tacoma and were very pleased with the staff and the process. Thank you Adam and Alan. The dealing was fair and an easy - the sales staff even corrected a couple of minor things at no charge. Over the web it was very easy to compare the stock and prices of most of the local dealers from Kentucky to Georgia and Toyota of Cool Springs had the stock we wanted and beat the price of the others. A most pleasant experience. On our next auto we'll start with this dealer. more

Most pleasant car purchase ever 11/11/2011

We just purchased our 11th Toyota vehicle, the new 2012 Camry LE. We shopped 6 different dealers within 200 miles of Chattanooga. By far, the most pleasant dealing was with Patrick Howard at Toyota of Cool Springs. After speaking with Patrick by phone, we were confident he was the one we wanted to help us in purchasing our new Camry. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. ONLY place to buy Toyota in Middle TN 9/2/2011

I had a 2003 Toyota Corolla that had just about hit the 100,000 milage mark - and was starting to need some major repairs. To make a long story short - I ended up purchasing a new 2011 Toyota Camry LE. I had an excellent experience with Salesman John Schmidt and repair rep Justin Osborne.
