We purchased a 2013 Highlander on November 30th and had a wonderful experience. Our salesman was Foster Billings and I highly recommend requesting him if you're in the market for a new or used car. My husband and I had been in a pretty nasty car accident a couple of weeks before and Foster took the extra time to explain all of the safety features on the Highlander. Let me just say for my husband this sealed the deal! Thank you Foster for the great experience and the excellent customer service you have given us since our purchase. Oh I must thank Foster for his patience because I think we must have looked at 20 vehicles before deciding on our Highlander.
