They were very neat and clean. They put plastic down on the floor so they would track anything thru the house. I told Tom what my problem was and he gave me a couple of options and he even went further and did some research to see what my best option was. TMI repaired and eventually replaced my old furnace last winter and my AC this summer. They were fast and professional with both installations and I'd definitely recommend them more

I had a 13 yr old water heater that was turning on/off quickly and called TMI. Blake & Tim were able to determine that my WH was on the fritz but no diagnosis code was showing. They gave me 3 possible causes and options to address with pricing included. Once it was determined I'd replace my current WH with a new tankless, the guys arrived at the time they said, kept me informed throughout the day until complete and verified everything worked correctly. I would highly recommend Tim & Blake again and will be asking specifically for them next time I need help. TMI is the only people I trust for an accurate diagnosis and up-front pricing. I've been a customer of Total Maintenance, Inc. for 20 years or so. Recently, they put in an air conditioner for me. Their work was good. They were on-time, professional, and friendly. The prices seemed a little high, but I'm sure they're no more than anybody else. I would recommend them. more

I had an amazing first experience with Total Maintenance, Inc. Most recently, we got a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed in our home and everything turned out great. I had a phenomenal time working with the staff. The two men who came out to install the units were here on time, they were courteous, they were thorough, and their clean up was amazing! The pricing for their work was outstanding, as well. We did comparisons with other companies that offer a similar service and we found that the pricing with Total Maintenance was very competitive! The quality definitely reflects the pricing that we got for the service. We have actually already recommended them to other people because of the great experience. We are actually going to use them again for plumbing services. Overall, it's a great company and I am happy that I decided to go with them. more

I don't ever want something so 'reasonably priced' that it takes away from the level of services an establishment can offer it's clients. TMI does a great job of offering a tremendous service at a reasonable charge for said services. Will always be my 1st call when their services are required! more

One time on Christmas the kitchen drain backed up and no matter how we tried we could not unclog it. we had a house full of people and a lot of dishes, we called TMI and they came over within a couple of hours. They saved the day! We always use TMI and have always been very pleased with the service. We have always found TMI to be honest and reliable. more

I had a plumbing problem with the faucet sprayer in the kitchen. The service men assured me they could find parts of fix without totally replace the entire unit which would have cost considerably more. more

I recently hired Total Maintenance Inc. to install a new air conditioner. A few years ago they installed a new furnace. I appreciated their service so we decided to sign up for their maintenance service protection plan. Each time we needed Total Maintenance, they made time for us. The employees are always professional, on time, and get to work right away. The office workers are easy to communicate with. Total Maintenance Inc. has only provided us with excellent service and I plan to stick with them for many years. I recommend you check them out soon! more

Recently, I have had two very different experiences with Total Maintenance. In general, they tend to provide quick service, which is really great. The rates, however, are a bit too high for me. I also find the quality of their service men to be inconsistent. The first gentlemen who came out to work for me was excellent. He was very, very friendly and did a good job. The second gentlemen, on the other hand, was very messy. He changed my filter in the basement and left wrappers and other debris lying all over the floor. This is why I have to rate them three stars.
