Water leak 4/16/2018

Had a leak in basement ceiling coming from what we thought was from upstairs toilet. Blake H. fixed wax ring and we thought that was it . Later in day ceiling was leaking again. Blake came back next day and found the real leak and took care of it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of us. Jan Gilland more

Professional serviceman. Found the problem and fixed it. 4/12/2018

I thought the problem was the thermostat. Another company had just replaced the thermostat not that long ago, however. The serviceman told me he would check everything in the furnace first, and found the real problem. He fixed it and the furnace is working great. more

Excellent Service 3/26/2018

Excellent service. Were able to come and install a new water heater the next day. Had the total job completed in about 2 1/2 hours. Service person was very knowledgeable and explained all the details of the new water heater and installation. Everything was completed and cleaned up before he left. Will highly recommend. more

TMI does excellent work 3/20/2018

TMI has been doing our commercial service for several years now. Prior to using them we had at least 2 different vendors to service our HVAC equipment, depending up on the brand. Jody Sampson with TMI takes care of all our equipment and does a great job. Knowledgeable and has integrity. more

Jake was the service techs name who helped us. He was knowledgeable about what he’s was doing, and very professional as well. Was able to get the line cleared out. While there he gave me a few suggestions about a different plumbing issue and explained why it needed to be done. I asked for an estimate and it was reasonable. Never did I feel pressured. Highly recommend the company for all you plumbing needs. more

Furnace installation 3/3/2018

We made an 8:00 AM appt to have our 30+ furnace looked at since it completely stopped running the night before. TMI was here promptly at 8AM, looked at the furnace and determined the parts needed weren't being made, which was easily verified by checking online. They showed us new models in 3 price ranges and efficiencies. With a discount and rebates, we went with the high end model. It was done being installed by 3 PM with the help of others who had finished a job nearby. No mess or damage was left behind. Our house has never been warmer and we look forward to lower bills due to the efficiency. Thank you. more

Happy with new water filtration systems 3/3/2018

We live in a subdivision that is on well water. In Jan. 2017, TMI installed a whole house water filtration system and a reverse osmosis (RO) system for our drinking water and believe it was money well spent. The well water filtered through the RO system tastes better than bottled water and I no longer have to deal with those heavy bottles. We also feel better about showering because all of the bad stuff in the well water is not coming into our bodies as a result of the whole house filtration system. We are also very pleased with the customer service provided over the phone and with our servicing technician. more
