My only complaint is that the technician was late for the appointment. I had to call office. Another tech was dispatched promptly causing only minor delays. Price for the work was competitive and clearly communicated before the job was started. Excellent job of cleaning up the work area. Tech provided explanation of the operation and features of the water heater before leaving. RESPONSE FROM Total Maintenance, Inc.: Thank you for the 4 star review and for your feedback. Awesome service and care 12/12/2017

Had an appt for later in the week furnace had other plans. Called andrea and got moved up to same day and afternoon. She called back fifteen minutes later and a tech was free right then. Dan showed up and fixed the furnace and was polite and direct. I would highly recommend TMI to anyone and everyone. Thank you more

Great prompt service. 11/3/2017

This was the 2nd core to the AC unit that I have had to replace due to a material problem by the manufacturer. The parts were still covered by warranty, but the installation was not. The TMI technicians were great, but I hope you are no longer buying units from this manufacturer. more

We have used your company on 4 different occasions at least. Both for our home and a property in Milan. Each time the servicemen have gone the extra mile to ensure all repairs are prompt, efficient and clean up the areas. We appreciate being able to contact a real person 24/7 and not just leave a voicemail. Highly recommend to anyone more

disappointed that will have to be 70 degrees before we could use the air conditioner. Pretty sure the sales person told us had to hurry for install cause had to be at least 40 degrees. Did get it installed quickly but unable to use till spring according to the installers. also, was asked if we used the existing humidifier cause it looks like not working (it worked, but leaked water). installer said would have to put hole in the nice box he was installing inside so we said don't keep the humidifier.. in retrospect, guessing there was a way to install our own humidifier -- did think that thru; I should have asked what of the box would be damaged etc. more
