I had a 13 yr old water heater that was turning on/off quickly and called TMI. Blake & Tim were able to determine that my WH was on the fritz but no diagnosis code was showing. They gave me 3 possible causes and options to address with pricing included. Once it was determined I'd replace my current WH with a new tankless, the guys arrived at the time they said, kept me informed throughout the day until complete and verified everything worked correctly.
