Professional and courteous as always 7/24/2018

TMI staff are always clean, professional and courteous and they do good work. They even cover their shoes with cloth booties so as to not track dirt into the home. They were able to arrive the same day the air conditioner malfunctioned and get it working very quickly. more

Excellent service provided by your technician 7/24/2018

Mr. Verschoore went above and beyond by contacting the installer to follow up on a repair they had done last year on the currently defective part. He also spent additional time with a problem I brought to his attention with the AC unit after he got here. This additional time plus turning on the furnace helped to thaw the coils so he could recharge the unit saving us from packing up to go to a motel until return visit could be set up. So grateful. He is a true asset. more

Great service and system! 7/16/2018

Whatever the issue has been with my furnace or air conditioning, TMI has led me thru the process and I have been happy every time. I just recently had to replace my air conditioning system and I am so happy with my new conditioners. They’re quiet and are actually nice looking outside! The guys who worked on replacing the old systems did a great job. Woody came out and gave me the estimate and I was fortunate enough to get a rebate! I even received a Hungry Hobo gift certificate in the mail with the thank you note the guys sent to me! They go above and beyond. I will only use TMI in the future for all my HVAC needs. more

Replacement riser rod 7/13/2018

I was very pleased that all I needed was a new riser for the outside shutoff at the curb box. The original estimate was $3400, but with me doing the excavation, and only needing the riser rod, the final cost was only $500. Thanks. more

My unir froze up, so Hnk had to come back the next day. 7/9/2018

After unit was operational, it did not work properly. I Finally checked the batteries and they were old, replaced them and all worked well. We were unable to be at home when repairs were done but that didn't seem to matter. Mike was our tech man and he was awesome. He replaced the water heater and did a wonderful job with the installation of the new water heater. He communicated with me throughout the entire job. He was very professional. I was unable to meet him at the completion of the job due to my husband being in the hospital, so TMI just mailed me a bill. Nice. Thanks for making it a hassle free problem for us. more

Awesome service!! 7/1/2018

First of all it was a pleasure to call them, they answered the phone and was so polite and cheerful. They explained in detail the process and what to expect. Day of service I received a call that service tech was on there way, Jake showed up fast and went right to the problem and gave me an honest up front cost to fix, I gave the ok and Jake was professional and knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. Jake was one of the best technicians I have ever had to deal with. I would recommend T.M.I to everyone and I will always call on them!!! Thank you for being top notch service company we can all count on, A+++ more

AC stopped working 6/30/2018

The AC stopped working and the heat index is over 100 for next few days. We called TMI and within a few minutes Tom Verschoore called back and said he would come over. This was after 8:30 at night. He was prompt, friendly AND he got the AC working again. Many thanks. more

Above and Beyond 6/28/2018

I had an issue with a 7 year old central AC unit TMI installed. They did a great job getting to my home as soon as possible. A good thing about having TMI instal an AC is the warrantee, 5 year everything & 10 years parts. Pretty impressive. The tech showed up on time, did a great job. It ended up being more than they expected, they didn't hand me a big bill, instead to my surprise they charged me no more than for the original service call. The guy was there for more than 4 hours. I have never been more surprised & pleased. So if your wondering about TMI's service after an install of an AC or furnace, don't worry. My experience with TMI after the sale is outstanding. They really seamed to care & want to make everything right. And now as I sit here writing this in my nice cool home, I just want to say Thanks TMI more
