As the President of our HOA, we had a very clogged sewer drain line in the common area backing into a residents home. Your company and specifically James came out after dark in the evening, found the clean out and had the line clear in just a few minutes. I've used Trenchless before to unclog my system. Vincent was the first specialist to come to our home and gave such good service that when we had a clog some years later I called again and was helped by a specialist named Ward. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Ward's professionalism and manners in dealing with our issue. He was prompt and thorough in every way and allowed me to have a complete understanding of the situation and the possible solutions. He solved our issue quickly and with no inconveniences at all on our part. I truly think you have excellent employees and will recommend Trenchless at every opportunity. I also want to say that having a camera available so that the guesswork is eliminated and the customer has that ability to see exactly the problem is unparalleled. Max, the owner, spent quite a bit of time at my house helping me to understand the problem and solution. He helped me to save in costs (alot!) by being creative in his approach. He kept me up to date and informed as the project was moving along. He pointed out potential problems that could arise so I wouldn't be surprised if one did happen. And his employees across the board and without any prompting sang praises for the company and the owner. That speaks volumes! The final unexpected and totally awesome touch was when I looked out into my backyard and saw newly laid grass covering the work area! Ethical, respectful, honest, fair price! Can't do much better. One last thing...Elijah, he's is extraordinary. He does the hardest (physically) work and always had a smile and a great attitude. He's a keeper. more

Will was early for our appointment, which was great for me. He successfully diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. He was very pleasant and polite, and I enjoyed meeting him. We had a slight flare up of a problem that was previously solved which proved to be some residual material above the cleanup. Steve on time, introduced himself and carefully listened to our concerns. He quickly analyzed the problem and used the minivideo that was not available for the first service call. He thoroughly checked our system and we flushed all components. I had a sewer line back up New Years eve I contacted the Trenchless company after my City determined in was in my line in to the sewer system. I received a prompt return call, and Martin, the service representative was: contacted me and arrived within an hour for the call. Te job was more complicated then anticipated, but even on a Holiday I was not surcharged for the call , and the price told to me one it was determined to be more complicated then anticipated was what was charged even after it took more then twice the time anticipated. The final cost was still less then the National or larger companies charge without a Holiday surcharge Martin was always kind and professional even though it was complicated clean out and he reassured me he would not leave until the job was successfully completed. He kept his word. and I was able to enjoy the simple comforts of indoor plumbing again Happy New Year and Thank you again Martin and the Trenchless company Barry more

Will and his team did an outstanding job on my house. They were able to insert new pipes with minimal digging. I was so excited that they did not have to tear up the floor in my patio room to insert the new pipes. They did an excellent job cleaning afterward too! Martin showed up today at my door after he fought his way through a snow storm that was dropping snow flakes as big as grapefruits.! I offered him a cup of coffee to warm him but he put on his shoe covers before entering my home and went straight to work. He ,like any professional, asked many questions to determine the nature of my toilet's problem. Martin is a very efficient interro gator and quite possibly is of the caliber of Sherlock Holmes. He was very much on track when Vince arrived. The two got straight to work and within a very short time had a diagnosis. A terminally ill toilet. Martin wrote up an estimate and carefully explained to me the diagnosis and the cure. Martin is an asset to the company and is welcome in my home anytime I have plumming issues. Vince is one of my heroes since I spoke with him today on the phone. He was on another assignment but when he was finished he showed up at my door supernaturally after fighting his way bravely through the snow storm in Placerville. He was kind and patient with me seeing how this was a new experience for me. He explained carefully to me the proceedures that would take place. He put to rest my fears that my toilet would overflow again as he and Martin determined what the problem was. Vince was excellent on the phone with my landlord. He explained in precise terms what the diagnosis was and what the cure would be. As any excellent professional knows giving two options instead of one is always more appealing to the person who is paying the bill!!! I know that Vince is the reason I am finally getting a new toilet after months of dealing with other so called professionals. Thank God for Vince and Martin. My angels in shoe covers.. We had a water backup in the at 7pm on a Sunday, they day before New Years Eve. I went online and found the Trenchless Co on Angie's List. They had a great 99.00 cleanout deal with camera. I called to see about scheduling an appointment for the next day and they told me there were able to come out same day. Martin called and asked some simple question to make sure he understood my issue and promptly showed up 45 minutes later. He was able to answer all my questions, and explained how the process works. I knew we had root problems in the pipes since we bought the house a few years back but the camera was a nice feature to see how bad it really was. He put together a bid for replacement. I like that he talked about different options like repair, and explained why he didn't think they were necessarily the best option in my situation. Because I had 3 problem areas, (he was able to show me on the camera) the cost to repair would be costly and wouldn't come with the warranty that a full replace comes with. I also like that he was able to tell me information about the company; I think it shows that he really likes working for them. When the time comes to replace the sewer line, Martin and The Trenchless Company will definitely be the first company I call. more
