Max, the owner, spent quite a bit of time at my house helping me to understand the problem and solution. He helped me to save in costs (alot!) by being creative in his approach. He kept me up to date and informed as the project was moving along. He pointed out potential problems that could arise so I wouldn't be surprised if one did happen. And his employees across the board and without any prompting sang praises for the company and the owner. That speaks volumes! The final unexpected and totally awesome touch was when I looked out into my backyard and saw newly laid grass covering the work area! Ethical, respectful, honest, fair price! Can't do much better.
One last thing...Elijah, he's is extraordinary. He does the hardest (physically) work and always had a smile and a great attitude. He's a keeper.
