Vince is one of my heroes since I spoke with him today on the phone. He was on another assignment but when he was finished he showed up at my door supernaturally after fighting his way bravely through the snow storm in Placerville. He was kind and patient with me seeing how this was a new experience for me. He explained carefully to me the proceedures that would take place. He put to rest my fears that my toilet would overflow again as he and Martin determined what the problem was. Vince was excellent on the phone with my landlord. He explained in precise terms what the diagnosis was and what the cure would be. As any excellent professional knows giving two options instead of one is always more appealing to the person who is paying the bill!!! I know that Vince is the reason I am finally getting a new toilet after months of dealing with other so called professionals. Thank God for Vince and Martin. My angels in shoe covers..
