I had a sewer line back up New Years eve
I contacted the Trenchless company after my City determined in was in my line in to the sewer system. I received a prompt return call, and Martin, the service representative was: contacted me and arrived within an hour for the call. Te job was more complicated then anticipated, but even on a Holiday I was not surcharged for the call , and the price told to me one it was determined to be more complicated then anticipated was what was charged even after it took more then twice the time anticipated. The final cost was still less then the National or larger companies charge without a Holiday surcharge Martin was always kind and professional even though it was complicated clean out and he reassured me he would not leave until the job was successfully completed. He kept his word. and I was able to enjoy the simple comforts of indoor plumbing again
