Martin showed up today at my door after he fought his way through a snow storm that was dropping snow flakes as big as grapefruits.! I offered him a cup of coffee to warm him but he put on his shoe covers before entering my home and went straight to work. He ,like any professional, asked many questions to determine the nature of my toilet's problem. Martin is a very efficient interro gator and quite possibly is of the caliber of Sherlock Holmes. He was very much on track when Vince arrived. The two got straight to work and within a very short time had a diagnosis. A terminally ill toilet. Martin wrote up an estimate and carefully explained to me the diagnosis and the cure. Martin is an asset to the company and is welcome in my home anytime I have plumming issues.
