We just had a highly positive first experience with using Mission Maids. Both Marina & Fernando (aka Team #7) showed up on time, were very organized (showed up with all their supplies, including a vaccum), and completed their work within the estimated time given at the time of booking. I can't express enough how impressed we are with how much pride they take in their work. We are two very busy people with a home that is wall-to-wall with bamboo floors; therefore dustballs were everywhere; our kitchen and bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in at least two months; and our office workstation was cluttered with gear and documents. For our 1500 sq ft home this first job took exactly 3 hours, which is reasonable considering the state some of the rooms were in (at one point I even heard scraping in the bathroom. Is that too much information?). Items were considerately organized into piles or neatly stored away. We feel very comfortable with their ability as they know which cleaning products are appropriate for a variety of surfaces (bamboo, granite, etc). Their motto must of been ""Leave No Trace"" because no dust ball, no crumb, no trash, and no stain was left behind. My husband commented, ""the home is so shiny it hurts to look at it."" Needless to say, we're very pleased and have rebooked with Team #7 next month. :)
Pros: Good Staff, Reasonable Rate, Punctual, Organized
Cons: Appointments are booked given a 2 hour window (though understandable)
