I scheduled an appointment on Monday. The Mission Maids were suppose to show up between 10:30 to 12:30, but they never did. I called them at 11:30 to make sure that they were coming, but nobody answered. So, I left a message on their machine. At 12:30, I called them again but nobody answered. I left home at 12:40. When I got to work at 12:50, I got a voice mail from them saying that maids are on their way. When I called them back explaining that I was not there anymore, the person on the phone said that maids have been at my house for 15 minutes (not true). Then he asked me to rescheduled, but I refused.
