Our apartment is not large or difficult to clean. It is one bedroom and one bath with no bed to change. We also provide all the cleaning products needed. We had a less expensive maid service, but switched to Mission Maids because they advertised that they had good customer service and could send the same team at the same time each week. We tried this service for two months and this was never the case. Our regular team was very good, but there were consistent problems with substitute teams being sent instead. The substitutes were sent without any warning; they arrived hours late and spent less than forty-five minutes cleaning, even though they were paid for an hour. The last time, they were here for just forty minutes and did a very shoddy job. They sprayed the windows with furniture polish and didn?t sweep before they mopped, leaving a sticky residue full of goopy wet dust clots all over the floors. The stove and cabinets weren?t even wiped off. When we called and spoke to the female manager at the company, she was hostile and argumentative rather than trying to resolve the problem. A very disappointing experience given that the company advertises itself on its supposed high level of service?we gave them every opportunity and they just didn?t seem interested in doing their job.
Pros: Our regular team was very good, when they were sent.
Cons: Inconsistent service, female manager at co. was hostile and arugmentative.
