The Hair Resort

I moved to the Clear Lake area, and in need of a new stylist i got on this site to make sure i didnt just try my luck.. i had beem recommended to Visible changes before so i knew this was the place to come. I tried a couple of people that are name on here but didnt seem to make a connection with them and as a result my hair was not what i had in mind. I gave it another chance and Requested to see Elizabeth, she is great... way better stylist than the one i had back home. she is very creative..full of new ideas for my hair, making me exited to go back to visit her to see what my hair will look like next. I am so exited that i met someone who is on the same page as me on the styles i like and that is confident enough to recommend new styles for me. My entire visit was outstanding! Elizabeth also introduced me to her manager, and she was extremely friendly and welcomed me back to the salon. I loved the atmosphere. Seems like a great place where everyone is having a great time! I have been seeing Mario for a few times now and I have to say HE IS THE BEST I love him he gives me a great cut everytime and knows exactly what I want and he always makes me feel and look AMAZING I highly recommend Mario as the stylist to go to more

The first time I visit this place I absolutely loved it. The hairdresser was very nice, friendly and obviously knew her job. My second time I got the same great service, the same hairdresser, but $20 more in charge. I felt bad to fight about it, and I even let a good tip, but this is my last time going there. I guess it is a good idea to ask every single time how much is the service, so you will not get an unpleasant surprise at the end, like I did. Pros: good haircut Cons: overcharged more

I had a cut and style with stylist Elizabeth on Feb 27 2010 and what an awesome experience I had with her! She gave me the best haircut I've had in a loooong time. when she was styling my hair she took the time to explain to me how she ws doing it and how I can achieve that look at home. She also listened to what I happened and made my hair look great. She was also really nice and made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone! I was introduce to Tina by my boy cousin. Tina is good I usually do not let just anyone cut my hair. She gave me just what I wanted. Am not going to lie every time I've gone in there every haircut I've requested looked kinda the same :/ I stop going to her for that reason short or long it looked the same. BAD MISTAKE. I was recommended to some lady and when I walked out of there I looked like Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber. 4 months later from growing out my bangs and hair I visited Tina. WOW! It might look like the same hair style from before but you can tell the difference. No more Lloyd for me. Thanks TIna. Cons: Looks the same short or long. Thins out too much. more

So I don't even know where to begin. I guess we should start with Ashley - She is phenomenal with color combinations. Seriously, she is truly talented at what she does. I gave her full reign to do whatever she'd like and she literally blew my mind. I've now got brown hair with these gorgeous red and copper highlights. It's been 7 days and I'm stilling getting compliments - Everyone loved it!! I would highly recommend her! Next, I went to see Vance for a cut. Needless to say, I was terrified. I knew I wanted a change but couldn't handle drastic. She took her time, didn't rush me at all, and then we talked out a few options. I ended up giving her the same leeway I gave Ashley, to do as she wanted. Can you Awesome! I have bangs now..lol I haven't had bangs since 1982! But they look great! People at work say I don't even look like the same person anymore. I just can't begin to express my happiness with both Ashley and Vance. They are an awesome pair and I would follow them all over this big city if I had to. Did I mention I traveled all the way from Humble to Clear Lake just to see them. I too was referred and couldn't be happier! Vance & Ashley, if your reading this - Thank you so much! This is just what I need to start off my 2010 year! After having a bad experience at the Visible Changes in the Galleria, I decided to go this Visible Changes location to see if they could fix the mess the other people had left on my head. All I have to say is that I'm glad I went there because my hair was totally restored. Elizabeth ""Liz"" was my hairstylist. She was sweet enough to ""squeeze"" me in (even though she was completely booked) because she saw how distraught I was about my butchered hair. She was really empathetic and listened to my hair needs. Liz ended up giving me an awesome haircut which was a cute and sassy bob. (which I got a lot of compliments for by the way). This was my first ever visit to a Visible Changes. It was my first haircut in 18 months! I was nervous since I'd been growing it for so long. Adriana was so nice and gave me a great haircut! I'm definitely going back. Pros: Awesome haircut, got exactly what I wanted more

I have been going to Visible changes for a couple of years. I decided to try somewhere different, BIG MISTAKE! This girl ruined my hair! really bad color and a really bad cut. I immediately called Visible Changes for an appointment the next day. Ashley was able to correct the color without breakage and Terrific Tina fixed my cut. Very friendly staff unlike Almeda mall. Everyone was tending to their own customers, and not gossipping about everyone which made the experience more peaceful and welcoming. This was my 2nd visit and most definatly will return as long as the incredible Vance Le is still employed. shout out to Ashley my chemical specialist, keep up the good work!!!! Elizabeth is a great hair dresser! She is sweet and kind and very talented. She listens to what you want and gives it to you. She does a great job and seems to really care about her clients. She's the best! It's usually pretty easy to get an appointment also. Pros: Sweet, talented, listens more

I have been twice thus far and this is a quality shop! They have excellent hair stylist that are great at what they do. I like the lady who recently did my hair, Tina, she is a creative director, and she did my hair perfect!!!! It looked exactly the way I had been wanting it to look like for a while now. The atmosphere is great, the service is great and everyone is really friendly! My recommendation is anyone who lives in the Friendswood, League City, Dickinson, area, to go to this Salon. Lindsey B. does an amazing job on my highlights/color. My daughter and I are very impressed with her work. I moved to Texas just over 4 years ago and was horrified when I had to find a new colorist & stylist for my hair. I asked a woman one day in the mall where she got her hair done and she recommended Visible Changes in the Mall. I went that very week and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I have tried a few different colorist and stylist there, (who where all equally talented) but I have been a loyal customer to the team of Kym who does my color/highlights and Adriana Aguirre who does a fabulous job on my style. I had long hair and with the humid Texas weather, I had to make a change. I went with shorter angled cut that is modern and classic and I could not be more happy with her patience as she slowly made changes and did not overwhelm me.
