I went into the salon today not knowing what kind of haircut or style to get. My hair is really thick and my cutter Mario knew exactly what to do to thin out my hair and make it more manageable. I grew up playing sports with my hair pulled back. I never learned how to do my hair. I've been everywhere and had decent haircuts, but I could never pull it off at home. Drying, styling and making it last all day was a mystery. Most people aren't very helpful. You get your cut and go. The next day you can't duplicate what you got. When I got my first cut with Adriana she was training someone to cut hair. What luck! I paid attention and learned a lot. Before she started she got some pictures to make sure we were envisioning the same cut. She is down to earth and will teach you how to do your hair. Since then I finally feel confidant about how I look and I know I can do it myself. Just ask, ask, ask...she has the knowledge and is there to help you. She also does a great job with kids! My daughter got a haircut that wasn't quite what we wanted. We got an appointment the next day and she fixed it. She also suggested a product that has been great for her hair. Great service. I had a Consular ball to attend and I am new to Clear Lake so I heard about how Visible Changes is the best place for getting your hair done and I got an appointment with them. They assigned Vance to get my hair done and I was really lucky to get her. She paid attention to what i wanted to do with my hair, I showed her the dress and she gave me really good suggestions and the result was everybody stopping at the party to ask where have I gotten my hair done!!! Now I don't need to search for a hairstylist anymore ! Pros: she really listen to you and does a great job more

I've been getting my hair cut by Catalina for almost a year now and I have to say that she is the best. She loves what she does and always listens to what I want and is never afraid to tell me what will and won't look good because lets face it I need an honest stylists! She is very personable and friendly with her clients and I always feel comfortable around her. She has great hands and it really is a relaxing treat to go to her. I am very picky and meticulous when it comes to my hair. I will be really MAD if somebody cut and messed up my hair and thats why i just dont go and get a hair cut on the spot. I went with my friend to get a hair cut in visible changes (Baybrook), i observed most of the hair stylist the way they handle the scissors, touch the hair and talk to the client. I saw it to christina and trusted her ability. She is really good! We compromised all the time of what she want and what i want as her client and i'm telling u, its always turned out good. Believe me, i dont give good reviews if its not worthed (cuz its just a waste of my time). I always have compliments from co-worker, friends and customers AND as always...i recommended christina. christina is the only person who cuts my hair, ever!! i live in sw houston but drive all the way to baybrook just to see her. she is amazing! creative, she doesnt just know how to cut hair, she is one of those few with a true incredible talent....i pass up several malls, and several other vc locations to go to this one....and baybrook mall is the best, even compared to galleria, you have to check it out if u have never been! and be sure to ask 4 christina at visible changes! she can make u look FABULOUS!! I just had my hair done today by Tina. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing hair stylist. I went to her before and loved my haircut than as well, a couple months ago I tried a different hair stylist closer to my hometown, but it did not turn out as I would like. Tina is for surely worth the 40 min drive. more

I had my hair cut by Elizabeth after seeing what a great job she did on my daughter's hair. She cut my hair exactly the way I explained. I have never had such a great hair cut. She also took the time to talk to me about coloring my hair, even thought she does not do color. I will continue to go back to her. Give her a try. She's great. I just love Jasmine She has done wonders on my hair. Anytime anyone else has tried to color my hair they screw it up and Jasmine with her magic touch fixes it again!! She is so friendly and you can talk to her about anything. She is all around a GREAT person and colorist. So I have never technically gotten my hair colored by Ashley but I have seen some of her work, and I know how much time and effort she puts in on everyone who sees her. I've been getting my hair colored for the last 2 years by Ashley and she does an awsome job each time whether I'm getting highlights or getting it dyed all one color. And she remebers our conversations we had like 3 months earlier!! She has great customer service skills and she does an awsome job. I have been using Visible Changes to get my hair cut for many years. I went to get my hair colored for the first time and to get it cut. My color specialist (Ashley) was very professional and did an amazing job on my highlights. Then I was having my hair washed by a pretty socially inept girl who was puling my hair and lathering it in a hostile manner. I blew it off and then sat down to wait for my haircut. I had requested my normal hairdresser, but she had a customer before me. I waited with cold and wet hair and was getting pretty frustrated at the situation. Ashley went above and beyond to try to help me feel comfortable and give me other options to speed the process along. She offered for another hairdresser to give me my haircut and I finally gave in and chose Frances Marie (Ashley's recommendation) to cut my hair. Frances was also amazing and she gave me a great haircut. I will definitely be returing to Visible Changes to see Ashley and Frances again! Thanks ladies! I have been driving 40 miles from spring. Texas. To get my hair cut and styled. Imelda is so creative, trendy, up with the new styles, and talented with her styling. I wil continue to drive this distance because she makes me look great and that feels good more

they have gone through new management and i think that was a bad desicion the mood seems so different and down but theres a new assistant Chad and he is awesome!!...hopefully he turns the around and gets things back to the visible changes that it used to be! and oh yea christina rocks! more
