After having a bad experience at the Visible Changes in the Galleria, I decided to go this Visible Changes location to see if they could fix the mess the other people had left on my head. All I have to say is that I'm glad I went there because my hair was totally restored. Elizabeth ""Liz"" was my hairstylist. She was sweet enough to ""squeeze"" me in (even though she was completely booked) because she saw how distraught I was about my butchered hair. She was really empathetic and listened to my hair needs. Liz ended up giving me an awesome haircut which was a cute and sassy bob. (which I got a lot of compliments for by the way). I've gone back to Liz several times and each time I get an awesome haircut. I am definately a returning customer,
