The color and cut are good, and the stylists listened to me and I agreed with their recommendations. However, for the price I paid, I expected a lot more. For example, a beverage offering would have been nice, and it did come, after I'd been in the salon for 1 1/2 hours. The floors are filthy and the ceilings and lights in the color area are covered in dust. I expect more at these prices. more

Ok. My first time going to Dee I was a little scared at first. But she greet me shook my hand and at that time I knew she was good I gave her 3 pictures . I had no IDEA what I wanted but somehow she combined those 3 pictures into one haircut ! IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The only thing missing was color so I asked her who does her highligths and she said Anna I went to her and she was AMAZING! anna and dee are the most nicest peole!!!! more

Vance Le always does a great job at cutting and styling my hair. She is by far the best and I have been going to her for two years now and I would recommend her if anyone needs a new hair stylist. more

I grew up going to visible changes and used to love it. I live out of state now, but came back to visit and was excited to go back to my favorite hair salon. Unfortunately Visible Changes seems to have lowered their standards to hiring anyone with a pair of scissors. The lady who man-handled my head during the shampooing must have learned about the subtle art of scalp massage from the UFC, and as for the stylist, I'm pretty sure she was trained by someone akin to Helen Keller. At one point, she took up a side-burn a full inch shorter than the other. I asked her if she could make them even, so she made the short one shorter. She left a stripe in the other side-burn, but I let it go. It was too awkward. I almost thought it was a joke, but no, she really was that incompetent. What's more, a friend got his haircut at the same time with another stylist, and he just wanted it all shaved with a 4 guard. Now he has several patches of hair, and almost a small side-mohawk where she missed a good bit. I advised him to go to Mastercuts to fix it, at least they have to watch a training video before they can cut hair. All in all, I would avoid this place. There's cheaper options to mess up your hair. more

I am very happy at Visable Changes. They are great. Easy to get appointments and the staff is friendly and the view from the mall is not an uncomfortable one. I was going to Toni and Guy for like 6-7 years and the owner knew NOTHING about customer service unless you were a hot young male! They recognized you existed outside your appointment and even then it was minimal. Visable Changes sends Happy Birthdays and give you cards with discounts the more you go. Toni and Guy never did anything but increase prices. I will never go back. more

First let me say it was a Sunday morning when I felt the need to fix my seriously damaged hair that I got form another hair salon the Friday before. I called at 10:30 they made an appoint ment with Tina. Can I say ""WOOOW"". She fixed my hair in one sitting. She did have to cut some off. But she fixed it along with a snazzy new look that I would have never thought I coud wear. FUNKY is this new style and I feel great about my new look. Thanks Tina and all that helped me through this difficult situation. Try them and stay away from a certain hair salon in Friendswood. I love going to VC Baybrook for Vance's hair cuts.She will give me advice for what i might like, but if i like something eles she's perfectly fine with it .She does perfect haircuts.I mean befor VC and Vance ,I went to a couple of other places ,not even close to how awesome Vance's haircuts are.I will not trust my hair with any one else in less of course I absolutely have to, of couse.I love Visible Changes thank you for hiring Vance.She is absolutely wonderful and AMAZINGLY talented!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I love going to VC Baybrook for cuts and color. Ashley has been my colorist for close to 2 years. We have never done the same thing twice and every time it turns our wonderfully. My hair has gone from bleached blond to blue to dark brown and everything in between. Yet it still stays healthy because Ashley teaches me how to properly treat my hair! Tina is the master stylist/cutter at VC Baybrook and she shows how she earned that title. She always gives me a beautiful cut that is very easy to maintain and looks great. She makes it looks so easy!! more

When I get a haircut, I am never completely satisfied. This changed the moment Adriana turned my chair and I saw my reflection in the mirror! I was 100% satisfied with my haircut and more! She is fantastic! From the moment she greeted me with a genuine smile to the moment she walked me to the cash register--it was a great experience. Adriana has such a great personality, she makes the experience of getting a haircut seem like a great chit-chat with a long-time girlfriend. I definitely recommend Adriana, she knows what she's doing! I felt so pretty when I left Visible Changes and it's all because of Adriana. Ask for her & you won't regret it. more

Last November I came to CitySearch looking for a new hairdresser and found so many positive reviews for Ashley and Adrianna so I made an appt with them (Ashley for color and Adrianna for cut). I am so glad I went. I've gone every 3 months since then and absolutely LOVE my hair. I'm blonde ...not really ;-) and my hair has a tendency to turn yellow or orange, sometimes even red when I get color but after the first time I went, my hair was actually a true-blonde... very natural and no yellow or orange tones. Adrianna gave me a cut that was SO great! Every layer is blended, she gets rid of the bulky stuff and hair lays really well even months later. I have had so many compliments on my hair (people in Starbucks line whom I've never met.... at least once a week, someone pays me a compliment)... If you're picky and are afraid to go to someone new, make an appointment with them and just put your trust in them! You'll be so glad you found them!!! Pros: Everything! Cons: a little more expensive than a lot of places but WORTH IT! more

If you are looking to change your hair style, you must see Adriana for your cut and Ashley for your color. I have been seeing them for about a year now and they have never disappointed me! When I first came to Visible Changes I was so nervous to color my hair. Now, I trust Ashley so much, all I do is decide the colors I like and Ashley has free reign to do what she wants with my head. She always makes me look different and has told me she enjoys doing my hair because she can be as creative as she wants. Adriana is just as fabulous. If I want a change she has great ideas. I never have to worry about a ""bad"" haircut. We also have such fun when she does my hair. We are always laughing and having a great time! Who knew going to get your hair done can be such a great experience! Pros: Quality work with personable staff. Cons: None! more

I have been seeing Adriana for over 2 years- even when I moved from the Webster area to Downtown- I refused to change to another stylist. Adriana has never done me wrong- but two weekends ago- she amazed me. I was recently diagnosed with lupus, which had caused the majority of my hair to fall out. The doctors told me that I would soon loose all my hair. I have a huge bald spot on the back of my head, and have been forced to wear my hair in a bun. I was attending my best friends wedding- and having my hair in simple ponytail was not going to be an option for me. I immediately made an appointment with Adriana. I showed her my situation and she said ""Not a problem, I will make you look amazing"". And she did just that. My hair looked amazing and she was able to disguise my baldspots and give the illusion of volume to my hair. ok so let me start off by saying i dont trust many people with my hair. i have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences before i met LIZ! it seems like nobody could ever get it right and do what i wanted and i was getting sooo frustrated. i finally got the courage to try something new after getting the WORST haircut of my life and i had to get it fixed! so i went to visible changes at baybrook and i have to admit i was very nervous but as i was waiting i was watching liz because her chair was right up at the front and i LOVED what she had done with the people before me. so i just hoped that i would get her and i DID! i was so happy and just from what i had seen i knew i could trust her and i told her i was so relieved when she came and called my name! she is AWESOME! she did exactly what i wanted but even better! i got compliments about my hair from EVERYONE!! i will never go to anyone else!! i have never loved my hair as much as i do now! she does such a great job and she makes sure she does exactly what you ask for. she takes her time and shes really fun! i look forward to going in to get my hair done! shes the best i promise you wont regret going to her!! so go and ASK FOR LIZ!! :D more

Liz is my hair stylist and she always does a great and wonderful job. I love my hair and only trust it with very few people and Liz is one of the fortunate ones. She always manages to leave my hair looking magnificent which makes me return to her every single time. I met Liz when she was at Almeda Visible Changes and that's when she started styling my hair. She then moved to Baybrook Visible Changes and I had to follow her because she is so FANTABULOS......Liz is the best :) more

I was looking for a new stylist so I decided to try Visible Changes. I am very picky about who cuts my hair, but since I didn't know anyone there, I decided to try different people out. I had 3 different haircuts with various stylists, but was not very impressed. Then I tried Adriana. She was absolutely wonderful. She is very upbeat and very easy to talk to. Plus my hair has never looked better. Now I don't have to worry whether my hair will turn into a disaster when I go get it cut. Thank you, Adriana! Elizabeth is my favorite of all.. She is amazing and fun. I have a blast everytime i go for a haircut. I recently went last week for Prom and we had planned this day for so long. she has been doing my hair for all the school formals and always did an amazing job.But i have to say she saved the best for the most important day, My hair looked incredible and all my friends loved my hair. She does amazing hairstyles and awesome haircuts, I will never see anyone else but her. I reccomend everyone to go see her because she is going to make your day! Pros: Easy to book appointments more
