I am in love with this place. A true LA bookstore.

Not a fan of malls, but I appreciate that this one is pretty (for a mall) and the parking is great since it tells you how many spots and where to go. more

Feel good place 8/16/2011

The Grove is the 5th most beautiful shopping center in the world, I just can't imagine what the first four look like. The Grove has a very pleasant atmosphere, relaxing, happy, friendly, and inviting. The Cheese Factory has the best food, the Farmer Market is adorable, Nordstrom is as good as it comes, and there's always live entertainment, and the weather is always great at the Grove..... must see, at night it's beautiful. P.S. the weekend are packed. more

Love the Grove 6/22/2011

Love the Grove... To eat there the best options are Morels, the Farm, Woodranch and Monsieur Marcel. The people who work at Crate and Barrel are usually super nice and helpful. I would add a Restoration Hardware and a Godiva store and it would be heaven. more

this place is great 12/30/2010

I've come here a few times and really love walking around. especially the outdoor market. at night everything is lit up and looks like a wonderland. very cool to stroll around with a coffee and watch people. you should also go at night to the top level of the parking structure - the view is amazing! more

Self Indulgence- Why not 12/12/2010

I first stubbled on this place when I was so hungry I couldn't go any longer. I had no idea that I had just stepped into heaven. it was a long shopping day so I thought I would just walk in and order something to go. But as I watched all of the plates come out as I waited, I couldn't help myself any longer. I wound up sitting at the little shelf table looking out of the Grove while I ate out of my take-out box. It was delicious. I can't believe what I had that first day, but doesn't matter. Since I make it part of my shopping ritual. Some favorite memories inched a maple salmon and a gourmet swiss cheese oozing with melty white cheeses with gorgeous french names I could never pronounce. Thank goodness all I had to say was grilled cheese, please. Now the staff seems to recognize me which is so kind. more

So nice to stroll here 10/7/2010

I recently took a business trip to LA and was told that if I had some time, I should have a look at the Grove. London eat your heart out! Beautiful shops and such a great atmosphere and not an umbrella in sight! Yes, a few shopping bags made their way back to my hotel room too! more

Beautiful Venue But A DIRTY mess 9/28/2010

Hey guys, do you think you could sweep the floors or wipe up the dripping butter from the counter?\r I work a lot harder for my money these days and I find it insulting that the Grove Theatre can take $25 bucks for two movie tickets and not be bothered to even clean the basics.\r I like the Grove but I think it is time to find a new theatre. more

Love it! 7/3/2010

The Grove is a great outdoor mall. We love going there when my family is visiting us from Europe, especially around christmas time. The stores and streets are nicely decorated, the huge Christmas tree is gorgeous and the lights, Santa Claus and the snow just make the experience even better for young kids!\r They have a great selection of stores (Banana Republic, Pottery Barn Kids, Apple Store, Crate and Barrel, Nordstrom, Sur La Table, Gap, Lucky Brand, Abercrombie & Fitch, Barneys CO-OP...) and restaurants we like to go to (Wood Ranch Grill, Maggiano's, Morels Bistro).\r The trolley and fountain are also a big hit with my 4 year old son. \r It does get crowded especially during the weekends but the parking garage is huge and tells you how many spots are left on each floor. With the Loyalty Reward Program you get complimentary valet parking for the day when you spend $250 during one visit.\r Great bonus: it's right next to the popular LA Farmer's Market! Pros: Shopping, Restaurants, Holiday Season Cons: Crowded during weekends more

Holiday time @ The Grove is so much fun! 12/23/2009

I just went to The Grove last weekend with my family. The holiday decorations are so festive & a great way to get into the holiday spirit. You have to go check out the huge Christmas Tree. It's also a lot of fun to explore The Farmer's Market. There are so many good treats there...it's hard to decide which place to try. Pros: The Holiday Decorations & The Farmer's Market Cons: Sometimes crowded more
