I have had my very light family room carpet cleaned by this company 4 times now. I have indoor cats and they like to upchuck on that carpet. It had stains that Stanley Steemer had not been able to remove over multiple visits. Paul got them out first time. He has always been professional and thorough, and the carpet looks great. more

Wouldn't recommend! I don't like to be charged after groupon for hidden charges that equal more than what I paid for groupon. Had 3 SMALL rooms cleaned. Not cleaned to my standards either. more

Will NOT RECOMMEND! Do not use, they rip you off. Service was horrible, and was charged more than quoted. I have never seen a more stingy company. My carpet does not look much better than if I had used foam carpet cleaner. Do NOT buy the Groupon, they will charge you more in the end. more

My wife and I bought one of their groupons and we were thrilled. Loved their new cleaning system. It made a huge difference in our carpet. The stains are all gone and it was almost dry when they left. Will recommend to all of our friends. I saw 3 other recent reviews from groupon buyers and don't understand their complaints. Everything was very spelled out between the groupon and booking our appointment. I guess some people don't read well or listen. lol Everyone is entitled to their opinion though it is America. more

Purchased their Groupon deal and was very disappointed with the carpet cleaning I received. The owner and his son brought a small machine with an oscillating pad and quickly ran it over my carpets. They were there under 45 minutes (including the time it took for me to show him the areas.) Not the professional deep cleaning I was hoping for! The details of the Groupon mentioned an oscillating pad, so I should have paid more attention to that...but their website doesn't mention anything about this ""Green"" cleaning service I received. My carpets have normal soiling from traffic with no difficult stains. After the cleaning service, I really couldn't tell a difference in my carpets at all! What a waste of money! more

Purchased a Groupon (for the 2nd time) that included 3 rooms. I made the appointment for 1 room and 2 flights of stairs (since they said stairs could be considered a room). However, I needed to pay an extra 10 dollar fee for each flight of stairs, which was fine. Well, when my fiance noticed there were no blank checks left, he told them to stop (I instructed him to do so) so I could call to see if I could pay over the phone or reschedule. Obviously, I didnt want to continue cleaning if we would not be able to pay him. I called once, no answer...waited a few minutes and called again and talked to a lady named Tina. She said that they should have given me an option to pay over the phone (they didnt). Therefore, I asked to see if I could reschedule to have my stairs done. She said I could, but it would cost $116.00 and since the owner had left my house , rather than already, I could no longer use my ""promotional value"". Therefore. I only got one room cleaned, rather than my 3 I paid for. BUT I immediately called Groupon and they refunded my money. So thanks to Groupon and no thanks to Burns Clean Team...they have definitely lost my business. more

I bought a Groupon for 3 room of carpet cleaning. They came late, only cleaned a very small dining room and a great room. My third room was suppose to be the hall, but they refused to clean it. They told my husband that the great room was 2 rooms. Believe me, the great room is not that large and the dining room is very small, 8x8. The owner and his son did the cleaning, so no excuse. more

They did an excellent job on my tile floor. I was very happy with their service and would recommend it to anyone! They were very professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeble. I will definatly have them back soon to clean my carpets. Thanks! more

This company is really good in pet odor removal. I have 3 dogs and they all live inside my house. Thanksgiving is coming so, I needed some cleaning. Now, my living room doesn't STINK anymore! more

I called them for my carpet that will be used for my sister's party. I am so disappointed that my carpet was ruined and I saw some white spots in the edges. I will not use your service next time. more
