My wife and I bought one of their groupons and we were thrilled. Loved their new cleaning system. It made a huge difference in our carpet. The stains are all gone and it was almost dry when they left. Will recommend to all of our friends. I saw 3 other recent reviews from groupon buyers and don't understand their complaints. Everything was very spelled out between the groupon and booking our appointment. I guess some people don't read well or listen. lol Everyone is entitled to their opinion though it is America.
