Review content:
Purchased their Groupon deal and was very disappointed with the carpet cleaning I received. The owner and his son brought a small machine with an oscillating pad and quickly ran it over my carpets. They were there under 45 minutes (including the time it took for me to show him the areas.) Not the professional deep cleaning I was hoping for! The details of the Groupon mentioned an oscillating pad, so I should have paid more attention to that...but their website doesn't mention anything about this ""Green"" cleaning service I received. My carpets have normal soiling from traffic with no difficult stains. After the cleaning service, I really couldn't tell a difference in my carpets at all! What a waste of money!
