I agree....the owner is an absolute idiot!!!! He doesn't give the students the time of day. And is always in a bad mood.....he needs to remember it is the students who are paying ...

Where you need to be! 9/22/2013

I'm not a newbie, but I am also not a seasoned vet. I know I still have a lot to learn, but less then I did before I went to The Acting Corps. I was concerned about commiting to a five day a week program, but after the first week, I know I was exactly where I needed to be. I learned a ton, made some good friends, and learned a few things about myself. Meisner can do that. I advise all my actor friends to check this place out (if they haven't already). more

My name is Roy, and I am addicted to acting. When I was in high school, I dabbled in it, but I was busy with academics, so I didn't give it attention. But in college, I took the time to try it more, and it was great. When I graduated, I picked up and came to LA, and then I was fortunate to end up at a school called The Acting Corps. I though I knew what I was doing because I had a degree in theater, but I did not, and I learned this very quick at the AC. They rebuild me from the ground up, and I feel like a new person. They're great. more

Top of the Heap 10/21/2012

It's A great school. I've tried out a number of different schools over the years, and this was the one that really spoke to me (and I listened... that s a little Meisner joke there). It was my first exposure to both the Meisner and Michael Chekhov techniques, and I am a big fan of them both. Great teachers, and a great program. more
