Review content:
Thankfully, I live in Katy, TX so Stafford, Tx isn't too far away for me. It is about 45 minutes to an hour considering traffic. I found a vehicle that I liked on the website, called and made the appointment to come in (like the website says you must do in order to be helped because they are such a big time selling dealership.) When I got there, I was a little worried. The place is covered with cars and looked almost like a junk yard. I went in and signed in and it took them a while to get to me (even though I had an appointment) and even longer to pull up my vehicle that I was there to pick up. When the car showed up it was the wrong one, so the sales guy took me in the back to look for the car I was there for and told me that the windshield was cracked during a test drive. I don't believe any one test drove this vehicle EVER. The car was trashed out. Along with the windshield being cracked (majorly cracked, which is illegal in Harris County to drive a car with a cracked windshield) the driver side door handle was hanging off, the inside was discusting, the trim around the moon roof was coming off, the back bumper was broken and scratched and there was a dent on the hood. All of these flaws didn't show up on the wonderful pictures I saw on the internet!! All of that lead me to believe that they are posting pictures from other cars on their website. On top of all of that, they couldn't find the key to this car and had to send out to get another one cut. Over all my experience was not a good one. I was very disappointed that I went there and wasted my time. Right now, I'm just glad that I was too much of a cheapo to pay the $500 to ""hold"" the car and decided to take my chance when I got down there. Needless to say, I left with no car and they told me that they were going to fix all the problems, but I don't think I'll be coming back.
