They were helpful, prompt, and got us fixed quickly. The technician was friendly, found the problem quickly, and got a unit from a house still under construction to get us up and running again! We made a mistake and bought a Lennar home, and every contractor, including the builder, Lennar, has been horrible to deal with. But Tempo treated us with respect and did quality work from start to finish! I cannot recommend them highly enough! more

On 10-30-15, Friday at 10:00 AM, Mike completed my annual Fall check up on my furnace making sure it is working at 100% and ready for the winter season. I always request Mike as he is very polite, knowledgeable, and explains his work in simple terms so the customer can understand it. He never fails in keeping me informed of all aspects of his inspection. Khuong is always extremely effective in carrying out and completing this periodic maintenance in an exemplary manner. From high & low pressure readings, voltage and current readings, to how effective my efforts are in maintaining my system; he doesn’t miss a beat! He’s genuinely interested and more than willing to listen and explain idiosyncrasies of my system and how to keep it lasting into the future. Refreshingly, he listened to my feedback, acting upon it, and implementing solutions without delay; being thorough is the norm for him, he is willing to share technical information pertaining to the system operation. Others don’t do that! I feel Mr. Khuong Do typifies those qualities, which separate the spectator from the player. The enthusiasm with which he approaches his trade speaks for itself. Gathering from the attention he gives this and previous visits, perfection appears the norm for him. His loyalty, devotion to duty, and integrity has earned him the admiration and respect of not only me, but my wife as well! I've been using Temp Mecahnical for my AC/Heater servicing for over 5 years. They do great work and keep me informed of potential issues, and changes that are or may be needed in the future. They are easy to work with and send out reminder cards and emails, to help me remember to get them on my calendar for my bi-annual maintenance. Haven't ahd any issues with my units ever and I think a lot of that is because of their upkeep and care. The other great thing about them is I have the same technician come every time. How many places can you use that the same person comes every time? For me that builds trust. Overall, great company and I would recommend them more
