On behalf of Khuong Do, I’m providing a couple statements concerning superior service received during my semi-annual service. Again Khuong performed flawlessly during this visit. He never fails in keeping me informed of all aspects of his inspection. Khuong is always extremely effective in carrying out and completing this periodic maintenance in an exemplary manner. From high & low pressure readings, voltage and current readings, to how effective my efforts are in maintaining my system; he doesn’t miss a beat! He’s genuinely interested and more than willing to listen and explain idiosyncrasies of my system and how to keep it lasting into the future. Refreshingly, he listened to my feedback, acting upon it, and implementing solutions without delay; being thorough is the norm for him, he is willing to share technical information pertaining to the system operation. Others don’t do that!
I feel Mr. Khuong Do typifies those qualities, which separate the spectator from the player. The enthusiasm with which he approaches his trade speaks for itself. Gathering from the attention he gives this and previous visits, perfection appears the norm for him. His loyalty, devotion to duty, and integrity has earned him the admiration and respect of not only me, but my wife as well! Oh and as far as the dogs are concerned; they are always playfully wagging their tails as he goes between the thermostat, attic and the outside compressor unit.
Tempo Services, if they would; recognizes him in front of his peers reinforcing that this field technician can perform at the upmost level, no matter the task; all the time .
