Excellent Service 3/16/2017

Tempo provides me with bi-annual service of my ACs. Timing is easy to schedule in a 4 hour window. I have frequently had Paul G. as my service tech. He is courtious and helpful with explaining how my AC is operating and any proactive suggestions moving forward. Happy to be their customer. more

Randy is courteous and professional; he represents Tempo Mechanical quite well. He also is clearly focused on providing service; in addition to being thorough in his check of the heating and air systems, he noticed a developing plumbing problem unrelated to my heating and cooling systems. Randy took the time to take photos of the problem and reviewed those with me. Randy is an outstanding example to why I continue to use and recommend Tempo Mechanical. more

Excellent & Thorough Inspection Service by Tempo Tech 12/22/2016

Khuong D. is the Tempo tech that performs annual Winter and Summer inspections of my home Cooling & Heating units. He is an excellent Tempo tech and I highly recommend his service. Khuong consistently does a thorough job. He takes the time to answer my questions, makes helpful assessment on potential problems, and provides recommendations on what can be done to save money. Khuong is always friendly and cordial when he is in our house to do the inspection. I have been using Tempo's inspection service for over 5 years. And I have been very happy with this company. Mike Maestas serviced my annual Preventative maintenance schedule for our furnace 11-30-16. My wife and I enjoy seeing him; He is like part of our family. Been using him since we built our new house in Mckinney, Texas in 2012. He is so ethical, honest and has super knowledge in what he does - that is why we totally trust his judgement & work. He has never let us down - always correct in his decision making. Mike explains what he does in laymen terms so anybody can understand what he did in completion of his task. I am handicap so he has helped me when needed such as installing my 5 alarm batteries in the 10 foot ceilings once every year which requires climbing a ladder. He also changes my air filter in my attic (which I buy in advance) as needed.He is so respectful and tidy in his work. We just love Mike and would not want any other Tech to perform any HVAC work for us even though we are sure Tempo only uses the best qualified personnel. THANKS MIKE! more

Hi - we just had two old water heaters taken out and a tankless heater installed. It was a hard job as our builder had placed the older heaters in odd places, difficult to reach. Mike and Tyler were fantastic - took out the two old, rusted heaters, installing the new one in an easier to reach place. They left our house cleaner than they found it (a tall order since my wife leaves our house spotless 24/7!). They were friendly, professional and super-knowledgeable. We've owned homes for over two decades now and these were the finest professionals with which we've had the pleasure to work. Tempo should be commended (AND they should try to clone them!). On Monday, 9/19/2016, we noticed our air conditioner was not cooling. We called Tempo Mechanical. We have been Tempo customers for over ten years. Our trust and reliance in Tempo Mechanical was once again rewarded with quick response and excellent service. The customer service agent Natalie R. and dispatcher Katrina C. came through once again with fast, friendly, and professional service. The technician, Rick Foster, came out the same day and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and explained the issue, He offered suggestions and options and then promptly solved the problem. We were thoroughly and completely satisfied with the entire process as we always are when we rely on Tempo Mechanical and their excellent personnel.
