Mr Do and Tempo Mechanical 10/12/2016

Tempo Mechanical has been servicing our heating/air conditioning systems for over 24 years.They were the original installer in our first house, and we elected them to maintain our system. We were in this house for over 20 years, and after some trial and error we were finally assigned to Mr. Do. He has been servicing our heat/AC system for at least the last 12 years. When we downsized, we decided to keep Tempo as our mechanical contractor, we insisted that Mr. Do be the one assigned to our house. We have been here for 4 years now and still rely on Tempo and Mr. Do. Mr. Do is mechanically the best service person we have ever had, he quietly does his work, explains anything needing explaining and does not try to sell additional work or products. more

Emergency Pluming 9/14/2016

Air Conditioning Service 7/5/2016

Paul with Tempo Mechanical came to diagnose and fix my AC. He was very nice, got right to work, got the unit going by replacing a capacitor, then checked freon level. It was low so he recommended a leak test rather than just replacing the freon. I agreed and asked him to check second unit. It was also low, so he checked both units and the evaporators in extremely hot attic. He kept a smile on his face, did the work, gave me the options, and recommended the one he thought best. So I'll be meeting with the sales team to determine costs to replace some or all of the unit. I commend Paul on being very professional and helpful. more

Tempo Plumbing 7/1/2016

Reuben did a great job of fixing my water heater and plumbing for my washer. He also talked to the manufacturer's rep to get them to take responsibility for a failed product. He is a very experienced Master Plumber and I appreciate all his help and patience. more

Air conditioner Inspection 5/5/2016

Jose M did a terrific job in today's inspection. The upstairs unit had a Puron leak. Jose fixed the leak and the unit is now working perfectly. The inspection on the downstairs unit went without any problems. Jose is very professional and answered all my questions. On a scale of 1 to 10, With 10 being the best, I rate Jose a 10. more

Awesome job!! 4/28/2016

So we had Bryan S and Juan 1 & Juan 2 installing a new air conditioner and Mike R installing a new tankless water heater on the same day!! Both sides did an awesome job! Arrived on time, worked very clean, were very friendly and excellent!! Mike had to install the water heater in a specific way so we could get a new truck in the garage!! Thanks guys!! more

Khoung, a representative of Tempo Mechanical, provides excellent service. He is polite and explains the results after the service. He always does a great job! I have been a Tempo Mechanical customer for 10 years and have been happy with their services for the most part. Tempo Mechanical Semi-Annual Inspection Visit 4/4/2016

Jose M. was great. He arrived on time, presented his business card, and was courteous throughout the visit. When I discovered that I did not have a replacement air filter for the a/c system, he waited for me to go to a local Lowe's store to purchase one. He promptly completed the inspection, including a power rinse of the compressor housing. I am very satisfied. Bill L. more
