Tempo installed the heating system in my brand new home. I moved in 12/21 and the heater was not functioning. They came out and reviewed and said a blower was installed backwards ...

We have been customers of tempo for many years. We always ask for Randy to service our furnace and air conditioners. We have a contract with Tempo and not once ever had a problem. From the office people to Randy superb service always provided. Randy is professional and a very kind man. Always personable. Tempo is fortunate to have him in their employ. Khuong Do is an excellent technician as he has been servicing our Air Conditioning/Heating System for the past three years. He is efficient, polite, and professional. Additionally, he is very thorough with his bi-yearly inspections of our system and we have NEVER had our system malfunction. l would highly recommend him and Tempo Mechanical Services to monitor this major piece of equipment in your home. more

Quick to Respond with Friendly Service 11/20/2015

We discovered this morning that our upstairs thermostat was not turning on our heater in our new home (we moved in over summer so had no reason to use the heater). The builder made a call to Tempo, who contacted me and scheduled a technician for the same day. I received an email reminder and then received a call a half hour prior to the technician's arrival. The technician arrived, made sure to wear shoe covers and proceeded to diagnose the problem. Within 20 minutes we had a new thermostat installed and the heat turned on. Everyone I interacted with at Tempo was friendly and professional. Thank you for helping us stay warm!!! more

Jose Chavez is an excellent technician. He is clear and concise; right to the job at hand and getting it done quickly and efficiently and at the same time friendly and respectful. He completely cleans up after the job is done and returns everything to it's proper place. I highly recommend him and will always request him to service my equipment. more

Plumbing Service 11/11/2015

My plumbing schedule was with Robin, she listened to my concerns and scheduled a time that I needed. I did not speak with Katrina for my plumbing needs. The plumbing repair was beyond my expectations. I will hire Tempo Mechanical any time for my plumbing needs and Rubin was exceptional. Very considerate and completed the service in a timely manner. Rubin is top rated :) more
