Mike Maestas serviced my annual Preventative maintenance schedule for our furnace 11-30-16. My wife and I enjoy seeing him; He is like part of our family. Been using him since we built our new house in Mckinney, Texas in 2012. He is so ethical, honest and has super knowledge in what he does - that is why we totally trust his judgement & work. He has never let us down - always correct in his decision making. Mike explains what he does in laymen terms so anybody can understand what he did in completion of his task. I am handicap so he has helped me when needed such as installing my 5 alarm batteries in the 10 foot ceilings once every year which requires climbing a ladder. He also changes my air filter in my attic (which I buy in advance) as needed.He is so respectful and tidy in his work. We just love Mike and would not want any other Tech to perform any HVAC work for us even though we are sure Tempo only uses the best qualified personnel. THANKS MIKE!
