Joseph arrived well within the time slot of my appointment and got right to work on my system check. He was very knowledgeable and courteous an careful about keeping our floors and carpets clean. He was efficient with his work and quick detected the issue with the thermostat. I highly recommend Joseph. more

HVAC Service 6/20/2019

Ruben provided HVAC service at our home on 6/20. He was prompt (actually had to wait on me), worked diligently, explained the needed R&M and potential options if we wanted a new unit. Afterward, he provided a written summary by line item to assist in our future decision. Would call him again. more

Appointment Scheduling 5/22/2019

It was a Sat. and Judy was understanding of my problem and was able to schedule a service call on Sun. She called on Sun. to let me know the technician would arrive within 30 mins. which he did. more

Great and throughout service 5/12/2019

We had a gas leak that another HVAC technician struggled to deal with. We eventually had Ruben Balderrama at the house and he was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail. We'll call Tempo again because of our experience with Ruben. Thanks! more
