Excellent Service 7/10/2020

I need to give a shout-out for Dean Pyle. I so appreciate his coming out so late to take a look at my AC- he was very understanding, He found the problem in no time- He replaced the motor and said he would put an order in for a factory motor, he was very concerned for me with the high temperatures. Again I so appreciate Dean and Temperature control. They have replaced my hot water heater and AC. Thanks to all! Gloria Mjoen more

Installation of Trane furnace/AC 6/17/2020

The team that installed our new Trane (Rolando/Claudio and a trainee Jose) was friendly and knew the product well. They cleaned up when finished and gave us a "show and tell" on how to use the new system. We had needed to change the installation date and the scheduler was very helpful. The installation team texted that they were enroute and they were on time. Two negative items: The gas was turned off during the installation and not turned back on so we were without hot water. Temp Control sent a technician the next morning who turned it on for us. Second item is related to the Covid. They did not wear masks when they came in the house. Other than these points they were great. more

We have been with Temperature Control Inc. for 5 years. Everyone we have met during our air conditioner/heater routine checks have been wonderful. They are all courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain to you everything they have done and always have your best interest at heart. I highly recommend them. more

Overall pleased 12/16/2019

We had to replace our 25 yo heat pump/AC unit and Temperature Control had the best prices and weren't pushy. We were very pleased with Shawn (who followed up to make sure the unit was properly installed and running) and Julian (who followed up with ductwork cleaning and airflow control). However, the installers, who were very polite, efficient, and clumsy, deliberately cut our aerial TV antennae wire and didn't tell us AND, as if that wasn't enough, disabled our wireless internet by breaking the housing, which allowed rain to get in and short everything out. So we had to deal with getting those fixed on our dime, as if we didn't have enough to do around the holidays! more

My husband and I want to express our appreciation to Shawn, Julian and Justin for the excellent service we received on our unit. We were concerned about the quality of service we were receiving for a unit we purchased from a local company. The maintenance of our unit was being done by the company recommended when we purchased the unit. Come to find out that the company was negligent on some of the services that should have been performed. Shawn, Justin and Julian provided important information that should keep our unit running for a very long time. In addition, these three employees were extremely polite, patient and went out of their way for my elderly mother, who is also a client. We encourage other people to contact Temperature Control to see how they can help you too. more

Seasonal service 9/19/2019

received inquiry while OOT regarding scheduling of seasonal service, returned home to Tucson, made appointment, technician arrived the next day, units checked, broken wire repaired, indoor air delivery vents and filters all working well. Efficient and very informative. more

Outstanding Company and Staff 9/18/2019

The Federico brothers installed my equipment and did an excellent job with great workmanship. Julian cleaned my ducts and repaired leaks in a very complete manner. Justin and Hans did the aero spray and they went out of the way to make sure they would prevent future leaks. Everyone was a quality worker who answered my questions clearly and explained things to me. This is the best group of workers and employees I have come in contact with. I would rate the staff and the company as outstanding and would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Dependable service 6/13/2019

I am very pleased that Temp-Con was able to have technicians look into my problem. Although it has taken several visits to completely correct the problem I am confident the problem will be addressed. They even had a technician come out at 8:00 in the evening on the hottest day of the year. more
