Great Company 5/20/2019

Zachary came to check our furnace the day after we called and reported the problem. He was on time, friendly and efficient and took care of the problem in a short time. He also kindly answered a couple of questions we had. We have appreciated the great service his company has given us. more

We had an amazing team of workers come to install a new heating and cooling system. Angel and Justin did the actual installing. They worked hard all day, were friendly and polite, explained what they were doing and cleaned up when they were finished. All the others who came to work on our system were also of the highest quality of workmanship. Beside Angel and Justin, Shawn, Zach, Julian and Ray who each did their part, they were all friendly and polite,hardworking, helpful in explaining what they were doing and all cleaned up before they left. They all represented Temperature Control very well and we would highly recommend this company any time.We would give them 5 stars or more. more

Review of Danny's check of our A/C and heating system 4/26/2019

Danny did a very thorough check on our a/c and heating system and recommended some repairs that are needed and showed us the different maintenance plans that you have so that we could choose the one that meets our needs. He followed through by calling your office to set a date to return and make the needed repairs. more

Mr Vargas was professional, thorough, and competent. Very respectful of our home -- protected furniture and flooring, completely cleaned up after service, even wore shoe coverings to protect the floors. Called prior to service to confirm times and was on site as scheduled. I especially appreciated his patience to completely explain what he was doing and why. Was friendly and good sense of humor. I give him the highest recommendation. more

Home Duct Work Cleaning and check 2/4/2019

Your Technician,Julian Vargas, was at my home this morning to clean and check my duct work system. Julian was very prompt on when he said he would be here. He was friendly and professional in explaining what he was going to be doing. His work was very efficient and he was very respectful of my home. When Julian was finished he was knowledgeable in explaining his findings and recommendations for improving the efficiency of our unit. Temperature Control is reliable. Also, they send text reminders of coming appointments before and on day of appointment along with a picture and name of the technician who is coming. more

Reliable and competent service 12/14/2018

Temperature Control is very reliable about sending service reminders, including text messages prior to and on the day of service. The technicians give a thorough report including recommendations to insure that the HVAC system continues to function efficiently. Julian, the technician for our most recent service, was no exception and performed an added service of adjusting all our room vents according to our use of different rooms in the house. Great service all around. more

Our furnace service was thorough as always, from appointment reminders to the actual work. Our technician, David, was efficient and made useful recommendations to ensure that the heating system continues to function properly and at peak efficiency. He even did a general roof inspection, which was much appreciated. more

Excellent Service 11/20/2018

Julian, a duct work technician, just finished testing our system and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. Although we didn't need any action currently he was able to give me further information on services I was curious about, without the hard sell attitude you get from some companies. Another good experience with Temperature Control. more

Fall checkup on heating and cooling system 10/15/2018

David was the service tech who visited my home today to check my HVAC system. He gave me a call to let me know he was arriving in 20 mins. He arrived on time, was clean and neat and quite courteous. He spent awhile checking all the required areas for the inspection and emailed me a copy of today's visit, which I received. I found him to be quite knowledgable, competent, efficient and reassuring. Verbally shared with me, that next year, we might want to drain the water heater. I understood what he explained. Raymond came today to clean my air ducts. He was so nice and helpful. He was also very efficient and did a really nice job and cleaned up after himself. I've been using Temp Con for quite a while but this is a new AC and everyone involved has been great. more

HVAC Installation 11/14/2017

The technicians showed up at the scheduled time. They installed everything in an orderly fashion. They were very neat and friendly. Not a Single bit of damage. I would definitely recommend Temp. Control to anyone looking for service on an existing system or a new install. more
