My husband and I want to express our appreciation to Shawn, Julian and Justin for the excellent service we received on our unit.
We were concerned about the quality of service we were receiving for a unit we purchased from a local company. The maintenance of our unit was being done by the company recommended when we purchased the unit. Come to find out that the company was negligent on some of the services that should have been performed. Shawn, Justin and Julian provided important information that should keep our unit running for a very long time.
