Review content:
We had to replace our 25 yo heat pump/AC unit and Temperature Control had the best prices and weren't pushy. We were very pleased with Shawn (who followed up to make sure the unit was properly installed and running) and Julian (who followed up with ductwork cleaning and airflow control). However, the installers, who were very polite, efficient, and clumsy, deliberately cut our aerial TV antennae wire and didn't tell us AND, as if that wasn't enough, disabled our wireless internet by breaking the housing, which allowed rain to get in and short everything out. So we had to deal with getting those fixed on our dime, as if we didn't have enough to do around the holidays!
