The team that installed our new Trane (Rolando/Claudio and a trainee Jose) was friendly and knew the product well. They cleaned up when finished and gave us a "show and tell" on how to use the new system. We had needed to change the installation date and the scheduler was very helpful. The installation team texted that they were enroute and they were on time. Two negative items: The gas was turned off during the installation and not turned back on so we were without hot water. Temp Control sent a technician the next morning who turned it on for us. Second item is related to the Covid. They did not wear masks when they came in the house. Other than these points they were great.
